At De Hommelhoeve, nature and agriculture go hand in hand. With this small-scale mixed farm, Ferdi and Jasmijn not only offer people good and nutritious food. There are also agricultural courses and activities and you can stay overnight at the farm campsite,

Their way of working is inspired by biodynamic agriculture, which focuses on caring for the Earth as a living being. Here, plants, animals and people are given time to mature at their own pace. Groves, hedges and hedgerows with native trees and shrubs create a nature-rich enclosure, in which animals thrive, vegetables, fruit, grains and nuts are grown.

A wide variety of vegetables are grown at the garden together with enthusiastic garden helpers. The plants are grown from seedfast varieties, which are themselves fertile and can form seeds. We like to feed people with that! With a subscription to the self-harvesting garden, you harvest vegetables and fruits as needed throughout the season. Potatoes, meat and vegetables and many other goodies are also on loose sale.
