Clog paths municipality of Brummen
Klompenpaden are special walking routes that take you into the capillaries of this beautiful area. They have been created and are managed in cooperation with local residents. All Klompenpaden take you along specially opened private lands. Do you walk with the Klompenpaden app? Then it will explain what to see along the way. The routes are also signposted separately with small shields via the Veluwe walking network. Backpack on, clogs on and go!

Hallsekerkepad trail
Who knows the most beautiful spots in and around Hall better than its own villagers? Since 2024, the former Hall roundabout and Leusveld roundabout have been transformed into one of the best rated Klompenpaden trails. One of the highlights below is the Leusveld estate. And try to combine hiking with a visit to the Ludgerus Church; one of the oldest medieval churches in the Netherlands with a rich history, ceiling paintings and frescoes. The route is 15 km and can be shortened to 9 km.

Leuvensche path
This classic wooden shoe path starts in Leuvenheim and leads through the floodplains of the river IJssel. Via the municipality of Rheden, you walk past the Gelderse Toren tower and across other private estates in the municipality of Brummen. The route is 14 km and can be shortened to 9 km.

Eertbeeckse Beekpad
Walking past streams, springs and today's paper industry, you will discover on this Klompenpad how Eerbeek became the paper village of the Netherlands. That the industrial past goes beyond paper, you'll discover at the Eerbeek Oil Mill on the Huis te Eerbeek estate. The only working upper-stroke water oil mill in the Netherlands! The length of the route is 16 km and can be shortened to 10 km.

Sprabanenpad
Opposite Brummen is the Zutphen horticultural village of De Hoven. Through the beautiful outskirts of the village, you walk partly through the Brummen communities of Empe and Tonden. Through floodplains, past orchards and unusual buildings. Ideal route to combine Hanseatic city Zutphen with the natural beauty of Brummen, among others. The route runs in a 15 km round trip and can also be started from the municipality of Brummen partly because of this.

Ocannipad
Discover the hamlets of Oeken and Voorstonden. The name of the route, Ocanni, is a corruption of the name Oeken. It occurs as part of a legacy of a farmstead in the marke Ocanni from the year 797. A marke is a medieval form of organisation in which landowners organised in a marke society made agreements with each other. Experience these and more wonderful stories while walking through the IJsselvallei cultural landscape of Brummen! The 11 km route can be extended to 15 km and shortened to 8 km. You can start at Camping t' Lentick and restaurant Reuvershoeve.
